Frequently Asked Questions
- How much is your delivery charge?
Our delivery costs are calculated by weight and will be calculated at the end of your order within our checkout area. All orders are sent First Class post with proof of posting. On larger orders, we will deliver the order to you via one of our Total Floorings.com vans.
- How do customers make enquiries about their order?
We can be contacted 24 hours 7 days a week by post or e-mail.
- On what basis do you return goods?
We offer a 30 day return policy, however the product must be in a saleable condition. Please contact us prior to returning any product for a valid RMA number. A 20% handling charge will be made.
- How do customers return damaged goods?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product. The package can then be returned to us for investigation and an exchange will be sent.
- How are payments refunded to customers for returned goods?
All refunds will be credited back to the customer using their initial payment method.
- How long do orders take to deliver?
Allowing for stock availability, we dispatch all orders within 48 hours, except weekends and Bank Holidays. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. If stock is not available, we will advise you of this within 48hrs of delivery time.
- Guarantees
All Manufactures Guarantees will be met. As well as our own Fitting Guarantee, which is 15 years.
